Return/Refund Policy:

1. Custom Orders: At Ceccarini Guitars, each custom instrument is meticulously crafted to your specifications. As such, once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. However, we understand that unique situations may arise, and exceptions can be considered.

2. Non-Custom Orders: Should you wish to cancel a non-custom order, such as stock models, you have a five-day window to do so, subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

3. Returns: To initiate a return, please reach out to us via email at [email protected].

4. Shipping Charges: Unless the received merchandise is incorrect or damaged due to shipping, you are responsible for all shipping charges. Additionally, any import duty for destinations outside the EU falls under your responsibility.

5. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method after receiving the Guitar and after being quality checked. Please be aware that a 5% restocking fee applies to all returns.

6. Restocking Fee Exceptions: Should the returned merchandise not meet the criteria of being in like-new condition, a higher restocking fee may be incurred.

7. Misuse or Abuse: Items that have been misused or abused are not eligible for replacement or refund.

8. Non-Refundable Charges: Please note that shipping costs, modification, and labor charges are non-refundable.

9. Packaging Instructions: Ensure all original packing materials are used when returning a product. Contact us for detailed re-packaging instructions to avoid any deductions from your refund amount.

10. Damage Responsibility: While in transit for return, Ceccarini Guitars cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise. We recommend using a reliable shipping carrier with tracking and insurance.

11. Carrier Handling: If damage occurs due to mishandling by the carrier, it will not impact the total refund amount.
